Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
Effective Date: December 19, 2018

BDK USA, Inc. (d/b/a Carbella) warrants to the original retail purchaser (“you”) that this Carbella-branded product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage
BDK USA, Inc. warrants that under normal use and maintenance, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from your original date of purchase.

2. Authorized Purchases Only
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from BDK USA, Inc. or from an authorized Carbella reseller (see your authorized reseller list at https://carbellaauto.com/pages/authorized-resellers). Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces are not covered and will void this warranty.

3. What’s Covered
•    Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

4. What’s NOT Covered
•    Damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, or unauthorized modification or repair
•    Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage
•    Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces
•    Commercial, rental, or industrial use

5. How to File a Warranty Claim
    1.    Email support@carxs.com within the one-year warranty period.
    2.    Include in your email:
        o    Your name, shipping address, and phone number
        o    Proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation)
        o    Photos clearly showing the defect
    3.    Once your claim is approved, BDK USA, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the               defective product or issue a credit toward a replacement.

6. Limitations & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BDK USA, Inc.’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement as described above. BDK USA, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

7. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
